About Me

As a Speaker, Consultant, Writer, and Facilitator, I have worked with  organizations of all sizes in the United States, Canada, Europe, and  Asia. My focus is helping organizations and individuals acquire the  mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets necessary for success.

Through it all, I’ve been a student of the Human Factors in success, and apply what I’ve learned to helping organizations and individuals to achieve their goals.

I’ve had over 40 years of experience in the learning business: 10 years at  Wilson Learning Corporation as Senior Writer and Designer, and 30+ years with my own business, serving a wide variety of clients, industries, and  applications.

I speak to many organizations and associations on the topics of Safety, Quality, Organizational Culture, Leadership, Fear, and Dealing with Change, as well as consulting on those same topics.

I’ve been a visiting instructor in Entrepreneurship at Century College, and have contributed to several books, including:

  • Even Eagles Need a Push  David McNally
  • Playing to Win  Larry & Hersch Wilson
  • Making the Grass Greener on Your Side  Ken Melrose
  • Fire Yourself! Reignite Your Career and Live Your Life with Intentiion  John Rusciano & Lisa Brezonik

I was named Vendor of the Year by QuickChek Food Stores in both 2003 & 2018.

I’m a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota, and make my home in Golden Valley, MN.
